I'm curious to know if you have troubles specific to Plesk 8.3 though. I'm still running 8.2.1 on both of my Redhat/CF machines. I did make the mod_jrun20 to 22 change and that is all said and done and shows as running but it STILL doesnt parse. Still no go in RHEL 5 Plesk 8.3
